Exchange, return, complaint
Goods replacement
If you wish to exchange the product, send it back to us and write in the form the product/size for which you wish to exchange the existing product. We provide an extended period of 30 days for exchanging goods. The goods must not be damaged, used in any way and must not be washed. FORM TO DOWNLOAD HERE
Returned goods
You can return the goods to us without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The goods must not be damaged, used in any way and must not be washed. FORM TO DOWNLOAD HERE
Claim claim
By law, you have a 24-month claim period for goods. Complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear, which is associated with the nature of the products. In the event of a recognized complaint, we will immediately exchange the product for a new one or refund your money. FORM TO DOWNLOAD HERE
