Vanguard Prague unique concept of industrial living
Vanguard is created in the building of the former Microna mechanical factory in Modřany Prague which is being transformed into a unique residential project. Under the guidance of developer PSN the original industrial space becomes a residential building offering more than 150 loft apartments.

The dominant feature of the project is the architecturally striking conversion. Raw concrete structures and high ceilings combine with modern design and elements of luxury living. Vanguard becomes a symbol of bold urban thinking a place where history and industrial character are given new life.

A collaboration that makes sense
To the Vanguard show apartment we supplied premium linen bedding a towels made of organic cotton which highlighted the philosophy of the whole project combining design comfort and quality. While the industrial architecture gives the space a distinctive character our textiles bring softness and coziness into the interior. The result is an environment that feels representative but at the same time homely exactly how future residents dream of their new home.
